Reading drum music can be challenging for beginners. To help pupils understand the sheet music when they start out, I colour code all of the music to match the labels on the drum kit. Using the links below you can print your own colour coded labels making it easier to understand the music you take home from your lessons at The Jam Jar. Simply print out the coloured labels, cut the labels out and stick them to either the rims or skins of the drums and cymbals using blu tack. Use the drum kit diagram if you are unsure where each label should go.
