Cancellation Policy

Jam Jar Music has a 48 hour cancellation policy. This is to ensure that empty lesson slots are available to all and applies to all types of lessons where a slot has been reserved. All lessons must be paid for in advance whether buying individual lessons or a block of lessons and both types of bookings can be rearranged providing the appropriate notice is given. The cancelled lesson will (i) be rearranged for another day during the same week, (ii) be postponed until the next suitable week or (iii) when buying lessons as a block of 6, the missed lesson will be rolled over to the end of the block. If 48 hours notice is not given, the lesson is lost and cannot be rescheduled or rolled over.
